There are very few returns of these products, because they actually really work. So customers are very highly satisfied with the various kinds of benefits and results that they are achieving and enjoying. We want to help you get the most success from using these health supplements that you can. So if for any reason, you are one of the few customers who is not fully satisfied, then you can request to make a Return of eligible products for a FULL REFUND ( less any shipping charges that may have been included in your order ). You have a
full nienty ( 90 ) 
days from the date of shipping of your order to contact us. Eligible products that are returned MUST be UnOpened and UnUsed and in a Re-Sellable condition in order to be able  to get a Credit, Exchange or Refund. ALL of the safety seals and labels on the bottles MUST be in an unbroken and new condition, and not damaged in any way.


In order to expedite the processing of your request, you will need to include a copy of your Order Receipt or otherwise provide us with your Complete Name and Address ( and Recipient Complete Name and Address, if different )Order Number and Order Date in your Return, as well as your Email Address and Telephone Number. We need all of this information, in order to quickly and easily process your return for an appropriate Credit, Exchange or Refund. Please allow several working days for processing. We will send you an email update as soon as your Return is processed. If we need any additional information, we will either email or call you. Usually refunds appear in your payment account statement within two ( 2 ) to three ( 3 ) business days. However, it might take your bank, credit card company or financial institution, up to ten ( 10 ) business days to process a credit or refund that we have issued.

​Eligible refunds will be issued to the Original payment form that was used to purchase the products, based on the Original purchase price ( less any shipping charges that may have been included in your order ). The amount of refund may be pro-rated for the Net Number of bottles actually purchased and used. We apologize, but after that 90 days period of time has passed, we will not be able to provide any Credits, Exchanges or Refunds. We do NOT accept returns of Opened, Used or subsequently-Damaged bottles. We are unable to process returns that do not meet these guidelines. A return package that does not follow these requirements and guidelines may be denied or returned to you, or you may be charged a restocking fee of up to 10% of the original order price.


When you make an eligible return, please put the product bottles in a box or suitable ( bubble ) mailer package. However, do NOT wrap the bottles in newspaper. The newspaper ink can actually damage the product bottles, seals or labels, which could then make them NOT Re-Sellable. You will have to cover the cost of shipping the bottles back to us, including any insurance and package tracking service, that you may desire to have. We are NOT be responsible or liable if your return package is either not delivered to us, or if it is delivered in a damaged condition. Please use the return address that will be provided to you after you make your return request to us - by using the Online Contact Form. If you ordered products from another store or website ( whether Online or In-Store ) those products MUST be returned to that particular store or company for any Credit, Exchange or Refund from them.

Subscribe and Save ( SAS ) Orders [ Auto Delivery / Auto Ship ]

If you place a Subscribe and Save ( SAS ) Order, each of your next Repeat Orders ( Subscription Orders ), will be fulfilled and shipped out according to the following Subscription / Auto Ship Schedule.

For Subscribe and Save ( SAS ) Orders - 1 Bottle, the Auto Delivery is about every 25 Days.

For Subscribe and Save ( SAS ) Orders - 3 Bottles, the Auto Delivery is about every 82 Days.

For Subscribe and Save ( SAS ) Orders - 6 Bottles, the Auto Delivery is about every 6 Months.
For Subscribe and Save ( SAS ) Orders - 6 Bottles COMBO ( 3 Men + 3 Women  ), the Auto Delivery is about every 82 Days.

For Subscribe and Save ( SAS ) Orders - 12 Bottles COMBO ( 6 Men + 6 Women  ), the Auto Delivery is about every 6 Months.

Other Questions About Orders and Shipping


Can I Exchange a product for another supplement on your website?

Yes, you can request to Exchange bottles that you return, for other products we offer, as long as the bottles that you return are UnOpened, UnUsed and in Re-Sellable condition ( as described above ).
 

If the current Price of the New products ( including any applicable shipping charges ) is MORE than the current Value of the Returned products ( Original purchase price, less any applicable shipping charges, discounts and credits, pro-rated for the Net Number of bottles actually purchased and used ) - then you will have to provide complete credit card billing information ( including Billing Address and Shipping Address ) for us to process the AMOUNT DUE for the Exchange Order. Standard shipping charges will apply to any such Exchange Order that is shipped out, regardless of the net order amount or number of bottles in the Exchange Order.

 

If the current Price of the New products ( including any applicable shipping charges ) is LESS than the current Value of the Returned products ( Original purchase price, less any applicable shipping charges, discounts and credits, pro-rated for the Net Number of bottles actually purchased and used ) - then then we will process a CREDIT to your Original form of payment for that difference. Standard shipping charges will apply to any such Exchange Order that is shipped out, regardless of the net order amount or number of bottles in the Exchange Order.

What if there is a Missing Item from my order shipment?

We carefully pack and review all of our packages before we ship them out. If there is a Missing item from your shipment, please Call Us or Email Us right-away and explain what is missing. Please provide your Complete Name and Address, ( and Shipping Name and Address, if different )Order NumberOrder Date, and the Product Name, which are shown on the Email Order Receipt or Printed Order Receipt included in the shipment package. We will replace and ship any missing item(s) as soon as possible, and at NO extra shipping charge to you. If an item was on BACK ORDER, it might be shipped separately at a later time.

What if I received a Damaged Item during shipment?

All of our shipment packages are carefully packed before shipping. If in the chance that you received a Damaged item, please Call Us or Email Us right-away and tell us what happened. Please provide your Complete Name and Address( and Shipping Name and Address, if different )Order NumberOrder Date, and the Product Name, which are shown on the Email Order Receipt or Printed Order Receipt included in the shipment package. We will replace and ship any damaged item(s) as soon as possible, and at NO extra shipping charge to you. In some situations, we may need more detailed descriptions and / or photos showing everything that you received. Please wait until we have resolved the matter before discarding any shipping box, poly bag or packaging materials inside any package we shipped to you.

What if I received a Wrong Item that I did not order?

If you happened to receive a Wrong item, please please Call Us or Email Us right-away and describe what happened. Please provide your Complete Name and Address, ( and Shipping Name and Address, if different )Order NumberOrder Date, and the Product Name, which are shown on the Email Order Receipt or Printed Order Receipt included in the shipment package. We will ship replacement product as soon as possible, and at NO extra shipping charge to you. In some situations, we may need more detailed descriptions and / or photos showing everything that you received. Please wait until we have resolved the matter before discarding any shipping box, poly bag, packaging materials inside or any product items.

What if I provided an Invalid or Incorrect Shipping Address?

​Carefully review your input of Order details in your Online Shopping Cart before submitting your order. This includes: Complete Name  and Billing Address, ( and Shipping Name and Address, if different ), Email Address and Phone Number(s) and any specific Shipping or Delivery request or instructions ( including Gate Codes or Access Codes ). If you provided or entered an Incorrect or Invalid Shipping Address, please please Call Us or Email Us right-away, so we can correct it BEFORE we ship your order. If the shipping address provided on your order is Incorrect, Incomplete, Invalid or Insufficient - we are NOT responsible or liable if that shipment does not arrive, is delayed, lost, or stolen in transit. We cannot offer or provide credit, exchange, replacement or refunds on orders not delivered to you due to an Incorrect, Incomplete, Invalid or Insufficient Shipping Address which was entered during Online Checkout, unless we receive the products back in UnOpened, UnUsed and in Re-Sellable condition ( as described above ).
 

​The shipping carriers do not provide us a way to change the Delivery Address of an order after it has already been shipped. Orders that are returned to us due to an error in the Shipping Address, will be refunded for the purchase price of the products, less any applicable shipping charges or loss due to damage in transit. ​Any order that is UnClaimed and / or Returned to us, because it is prohibited from entry or denied entry, due to local customs restrictions or other reasons, or because it is unclaimed by the recipient - will be refunded for the purchase price of the products, less any applicable shipping charges or loss due to damage in transit.

What if my order status shows as “Delivered”, but I have not received it?

If your order status or order tracking details show that your package was delivered, but you can not locate it, we suggest that you wait at least 24 to 48 hours before taking action. It may seem strange, but sometimes shipping carriers actually show a package order status or package tracking details as "delivered", even though it has not yet actually been delivered. Once that time has passed, try the following:
 

  • Look for a notice of attempted delivery by the shipping carrier

  • Check nearby spots where the package may have been left

  • Ask a neighbor or leasing office / reception area if they accepted a delivery on your behalf

  • Verify the complete Shipping Address on your order to ensure it was input correctly
